We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Eberstein Witherite LLP and contribute to the development of clinical models and systems across various treatment modalities.


**Job Summary:**


This role requires a dedicated professional with 2+ years of medical experience in Primary Care, Emergency Room/Urgent Care, Orthopedic, or Neurology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting case audits and analysis, and educating new employees on medical knowledge areas.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct thorough case audits and analysis to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Educate new employees on medical knowledge areas to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Assist with medical writing projects to support the development of clinical models and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

**Requirements:


  • Current unrestricted RN license.
  • 2+ years of medical experience in Primary Care, Emergency Room/Urgent Care, Orthopedic, or Neurology.
  • Excellent teaching ability and desire to share knowledge with others.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced research skills to conduct thorough case audits and analysis.
  • Proven success in meeting expectations as part of a team.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • Superb organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
