Meat Cutter Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Cosentino's Food Stores. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing high-quality meat products and outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers in finding the perfect cuts of meat and provide expert recommendations on preparation methods and recipes.
• Cut and trim meat to exact specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every product.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking expiration dates and rotating stock to ensure freshness.
• Work effectively with other departments to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of meat cutting techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education or certifications in meat cutting or related fields preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a meat cutter or related role; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines; ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
