About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in turf and tractor equipment sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to establish themselves as a leading sales professional in the industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Bulk up customer base through prospecting and building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Promote Kubota/Deutz-Fahr equipment benefits, addressing customer needs effectively
  • Maintain data on new contracts, document calls, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales growth and expansion of customer base
  • Customer satisfaction ratings
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Turf and tractor sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
What We Offer
