Job Title: Facilities Specialist

First Financial Credit Union is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to join its team at its new operations center in Pasadena. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented individual looking for a full-time opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail, including overnight courier packages, and perform document preparation activities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of Credit Union facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate and implement emergency shutdown and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Perform janitorial services to maintain headquarters facilities, branch offices, outside patio, and parking lots in a clean and safe condition.
  • Set up conference rooms, staff rooms, and special events as requested.
  • Assist the Facilities Supervisor in achieving all Corporate and Department objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. postal regulations.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily job assignments.
  • Basic knowledge of office practices and janitorial skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Pleasant and professional appearance.
  • Basic working knowledge of PC-based software, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
  • Experience in using telephone, copiers, audio-visual equipment, vehicle, security equipment, calculator, PC, mail machine, tracking software, cleaning equipment, and construction tools (preferred).
