We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Cox Communications. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating and explaining the capabilities of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain and demonstrate product capabilities to customers
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer experience, sales, and retention
  • Assist with the opening and closing of retail store environments
  • Properly handle cash and credit transactions
  • Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos
  • Support fellow sales agents and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken

  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
