About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse 2 to join our team at Penn Medicine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with interprofessional teams to coordinate care across the continuum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess strong nursing skills and the ability to independently provide patient care through the application of the nursing process. They will also demonstrate a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and safety, and be able to effectively engage in the process of cooperation, coordination, and collaboration to provide for safe, quality outcomes for patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is required, as well as Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing and over 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience are also required.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
