Ethics and Compliance Specialist

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale ethics and compliance initiatives, including employee surveys, risk assessments, and code of conduct revisions.
- Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption processes and projects.
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries, requests, and reports.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and vendors on engagement and sourcing processes.
- Contribute to ethics and compliance updates for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
- Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, and other ethics and compliance documents.
- Assist with US-based instructor-led trainings and manage the Ethics and Compliance online SharePoint site.
- Support translation and localization of ethics and compliance materials.
- Interface with compliance champions and support the ethics and compliance needs of the Legal team.
- Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Project management experience.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Background in ethics and compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and/or privacy fields preferred.
- Previous experience working at a global company preferred.
- Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects.
- Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work product under deadline pressures.
- Ability to thrive in a global team environment and sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Position requires little to no travel.
