Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Facility Float RN. In this role, you'll provide clinical support across various patient care departments within an EHC operating unit or facility.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices and the Synergy Model for Care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting patient interactions and care provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid, active unencumbered nursing license in Georgia
  • 24 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
