As a Speech Therapist with Tennessee Quality Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a compassionate team of caregivers who deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language deficits.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans of care to improve patient function and communication skills.
  • Administer diagnostic evaluations and recommend communication devices and aids as needed.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to patients and record progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience in acute care or equivalent setting.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of speech therapy.
  • Current CPR certification.
