Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will troubleshoot, replace and/or repair all residential plumbing systems in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of communication with customers to resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
  • Ensure the company van is stocked and clean at all times.
  • Consult with homeowners to provide the best options for repair or replacement.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
  • Establish effective communication with dispatch.
  • Diagnose problems and failures in plumbing systems to identify equipment and system repair and replacement needs.
  • Install water heaters, including tanked and tankless units.
  • Maintain proficiency in using specialty tools.
  • Ensure tools and company iPad are well-maintained.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
  • Strong problem-solving and plumbing diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A clean driving record.
