Famous Dave's is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Carside / Take Out Specialist to join our team.
As a Carside / Take Out Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our to-go guests, ensuring their orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders via phone and ensure accuracy
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience
- Package orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive payment and count back change
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
