Physician - Hospitalist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physician - Hospitalist Specialist to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta, TN. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits, offering a unique schedule of week-on/week-off and the chance to work in an outpatient environment on off weeks.
Responsibilities- Provide medicine services for MedSurge Behavioral Health and Preop units, averaging 10-14 patients per day
- Rounding on patients each day in hospital, 8-9 hours/day, and being on call the remainder of the day during your work week
- Ability to utilize telehealth while on call if needed
This position requires a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and licensure from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners, as well as certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
