Job Description

At PNC, we're looking for a talented Banking Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch organization, you'll provide exceptional customer service, accurately process high-volume customer banking transactions, and educate customers on new technology and banking product opportunities.

This role will be based in Ashland, KY at the Carter Ave retail banking branch. As a Banking Professional, you'll deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a variety of customer interactions
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems

  • Customer-focused with knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations
  • Ability to leverage knowledge in creating customized customer solutions
