Job Description

Lockheed Martin Missile & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Quality Engineering Associate Manager to join our team supporting the THAAD program in Arlington, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers based in Arlington, TX.
  • Manage and support quality engineering efforts across various suppliers nationwide.
  • Flexible hours and occasional travel outside the assigned geographical area to ensure comprehensive support for suppliers.

Basic Qualifications
  • STEM degree at bachelors level or higher and/or equivalent experience combined education.
  • Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Demonstrated full spectrum leader - ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics.
  • Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industry.
Prior Quality Experience
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have the ability to travel (up to 20%).
Desired Skills
  • STEM degree at bachelors level or higher is highly preferred.
  • Prior THAAD Experience.
  • Prior MFC Experience.
  • Prior LM Experience.

Part-time.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
