Sales Operations Manager

Medline Industries is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to lead our National Accounts sales support team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the National Accounts sales support team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal product divisions and sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide managerial and project support to the Division as needed.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders, including healthcare accounts, internal product divisions, sales teams, and corporate customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel, including using functions such as AVERAGE, merging and centering cells, printing centered pages, and creating pivot tables.
- Experience using business analytical skills, including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements.
