Procurement Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Excellence Manager to join our team in this endeavor.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field is required. Experience with Oracle Procurement is preferred, as well as a background in Retail and/or Medical fields.
The Procurement Excellence Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing best procurement practices using Oracle Procure-to-Pay (PTP). This includes collaborating with various departments and providing support for NVI's day-to-day procurement operations.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the implementation of Oracle PTP: The successful candidate will act as the Oracle Procurement Administrator, supporting the go-live of the Oracle PTP module and collaborating with the IT team to manage and update procurement-related system metadata.
- Change Management & Rollout: The Procurement Excellence Manager will support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth rollout of Oracle Procurement across all departments, providing training and support to drive company-wide adoption.
- Contract Compliance Execution: The manager will partner with the business and General Counsel's office to translate contractual details into Oracle requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in procurement records.
- Policy & Procedure Maintenance: The Procurement Excellence Manager will maintain up-to-date NVI procurement policies and procedures, performing routine compliance checks and supporting audits and updates to leadership.
- Vendor Management: The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement effective vendor management practices that minimize third-party risks.
- Support Internal Audits: The Procurement Excellence Manager will participate in and support internal audits, ensuring consistent and compliant procurement execution across the organization.
- Analytics & Reporting: The successful candidate will use available data to monitor procurement performance metrics and identify operational improvements, reporting findings and suggesting enhancements to the business and leadership to meet strategic objectives.
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
