We are seeking experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialists to join our team in the Washington, DC area. As a key member of our outpatient radiology facilities, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Job OverviewThis position involves performing mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. You will ensure that high-quality images are obtained while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities- Perform mammography examinations, adhering to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and patient information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current certification as a Mammography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
- Experience in mammography is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care.
