Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby throughout the antepartum period. You will work closely with obstetricians, perinatologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for antepartum patients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of maternal and fetal well-being, including monitoring vital signs, fetal heart rates, and uterine activity.
  2. Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers to support maternal and fetal health.
  3. Educate patients and their families on prenatal care, pregnancy complications, and self-care techniques to promote optimal outcomes for both mother and baby.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current RN license
  • BLS (other certifications as required by facility)
  • 2 years of recent Antepartum experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
