Rehabilitation Nutritionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian-Supplemental Specialist to join our team. This PRN position provides coverage for the Lead Clinical Dietitian when they are on leave. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare providers and clinical staff to coordinate the delivery of Clinical Dietitian services.

This role involves:

• Performing professional assessments and evaluations to determine patient nutritional needs
• Developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans to support patient recovery
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and clinical staff to set patient goals and develop discharge plans
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A B.S. or B.A. in Dietetics
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Licensure with the State of Indiana
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
