At Project Brilliance, we are committed to delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Our team of experienced professionals works collaboratively to provide personalized care that not only enhances the lives of our clients but also empowers their families.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for our young clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, leading or assisting in peer play and social groups as needed. You will also contribute to data collection and analysis, ensuring the effectiveness of our treatment strategies.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong educational background in psychology, education, or a related field. While prior experience in ABA therapy is desirable, we understand that it's not always necessary. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based methods and procedures.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to design and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions and measure client outcomes.
- Lead or assist in peer play and social groups, promoting socialization and skill development among clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in this role.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with regular supervision and feedback from experienced professionals.
About Project Brilliance:
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to providing innovative and effective ABA therapy services. Our mission is to empower children and families by delivering exceptional care that addresses their unique needs and goals.
