Administrative Billing Professional

As an Administrative Billing Representative at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will play a critical role in the administration and billing of service agreements. This position requires collaboration with various departments, including Sales, administrative teams, and Service Management, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
In this dynamic environment, you will interact regularly with customers to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating pricing and terms of service agreements and purchase orders, entering and updating billing information in our custom operating system, and handling routine dispute resolution through phone, email, or our customer ticketing system.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, along with less than one year of related experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and some college education is strongly preferred. Prior administration experience and ERP familiarity are also beneficial.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
