**Job Overview**

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager with all supervisory, training, and operations functions at assigned posts in accordance with post orders and client instructions, and following all internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the assigned location, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assign work tasks to Security Professionals and direct their work throughout the day, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Evaluate the work performance of Security Professionals and make recommendations regarding assignments, promoting employee growth and development.
  • Ensure that Post Order manual and all other post and training information are properly maintained and updated, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Account Manager in conducting interviews and evaluating new employees, providing on-the-job training and coaching to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • Oversee all reports, logs, and pass downs generated by and for the Security Department, distributing communications and other information to Security Professionals as directed.
  • Manage and supervise all sub-units within the Security Department, including fire control rooms, command centers, and loading docks, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum three to five years of professional-level experience, preferably in the security industry, law enforcement, or military.
  • Possess a valid state Guard License and successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write effective and concise reports and maintain positive client/security relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address personnel problems, such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints.
