Job Overview

Budget Blinds of Coronado is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Design Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing our beautiful window coverings and providing expert design advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations with customers to showcase our products and provide expert design advice
  • Offer exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Accurately measure windows and place orders for products
  • Communicate with installers to ensure seamless execution of sales
  • Document all sales communications and follow up on leads to closure
  • Stay up-to-date on window treatment trends and product changes
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and periodic trainings to stay informed and motivated
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent driving record and ability to pass background and drug test
  • Strong written correspondence skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to climb stairs and lift 20lbs, as well as measure overhead and on a 6-foot ladder
  • Honest, respectful, and service-oriented attitude required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with window coverings, including drapery, is a plus
  • Previous experience with invoicing and a CRM is highly desirable
