Key Responsibilities

As a barber/stylist at our salon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, including haircuts, styling, and grooming. You will work closely with our team to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be licensed in RI, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive compensation package, including base hourly wage, service commission, retail product sales commission, excellent tips, and opportunities for spot bonuses.
