Position Overview

Calder Casino is a vibrant workplace dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our staff, guests, and partners. We are currently seeking a Beverage Server who embodies a friendly and energetic spirit, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently take and deliver orders from patrons, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service protocols, including completing any necessary training.
• Utilize bar equipment, cash registers, and the Berg Beverage System effectively.
• Ensure the safety and security of both employees and guests.
• Lift and carry items weighing between 1-50 pounds as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Performance Standards

• Foster positive interpersonal relationships among all team members.
• Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in cocktail serving. A valid gaming license is also required.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this role include frequent sitting or standing, walking, and the ability to use hands for various tasks. The employee may need to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
