Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our team at the Arkansas Government Job. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Process documents for court and legal action, including issuing subpoenas and maintaining schedules.
  • Schedule hearings, enter cases into docket books, and assemble necessary case materials.
  • Prepare answers to motions and orders, and route them to judges or opposing counsel as approved.
  • Maintain confidential case files, update narratives, and enter case information into databases.

Requirements:

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma, plus two years of specialized training in the legal secretarial or clerical field.
  • Two years of legal secretarial experience or a related field.
