Early Intervention Specialist Role at Soar Autism Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering children's development by applying behavioral and developmental strategies to support their growth and learning.

About the Job
  • Work one-on-one with children aged 2-6 in a nurturing environment, providing care and support that promotes their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Implement individualized care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they align with each child's unique needs and abilities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN'S FAMILIES BY WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH THEM TO DEVELOP CARE PLANS AND PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENTS.

    1. Provide one-on-one care and support to children aged 2-6, focusing on their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
    2. Implement individualized care plans, working closely with our clinical team to ensure they meet each child's unique needs and abilities.
    3. Develop strong relationships with children's families, working collaboratively with them to develop care plans and provide supportive environments.
    Qualifications and Requirements
    • You have a passion for working with children and are committed to supporting their growth and development.
    • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
    • You are reliable, punctual, and able to meet the physical demands of the role, which includes frequent sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
