Job Summary:

Sanders Brothers Construction is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing on-site repair services for our heavy equipment fleet. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, including excavators, crawler dozers, front end loaders, skid steers, backhoes, brooms, rollers, graders, pumps, and water trucks.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing oil, giving tune-ups, and checking fluid levels.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Test and inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
