About the RoleThis dynamic position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration, ensuring that all necessary account information is collected and verified. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to provide top-notch customer service while maintaining productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Interview patients to obtain identifying and demographical information with insurance and financial details
- Verify insurance benefits and determine pre-certification/authorization status
- Assign Insurance Plans (IPlans) accurately and secure necessary signatures for treatments
- Process patient charts according to paperwork flow needs and established productivity standards
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
