Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Utilize the Synergy Model for Care to personalize patient care, advocate for patients' needs, and promote a culture of safety and respect.
  • Document patient care accurately, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS may be required in designated departments.
