Job Title: Inn Overnight Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inn Overnight Cleaner to join our team at The Biltmore Company. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our assigned areas, including rooms, public spaces, and employee areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Clean and maintain assigned areas, including rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and employee areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  2. Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and sanitizing, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  3. Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and addressing guest needs, and by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  4. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership, including special projects and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar custodial/janitorial/housekeeping position is preferred.
  • Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform essential job functions with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 2550 pounds frequently, and to climb stairs and ladders.
  • Ability to work in an environment with variable conditions and noise levels, and to endure physical movements throughout the work shift.
