Oncology Advanced Practice Clinician

At MultiCare Health System, we strive to provide exceptional care for our patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are seeking an experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our dedicated team at Tacoma General Hospital.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (8-5) position supporting the inpatient service with a consistent schedule. As an Oncology Advanced Practice Clinician, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced physicians, surgeons, and radiologists, while having access to seasoned mentors and a strong professional network.
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of complex cancer cases and conditions, delivering high-impact, compassionate care to patients and their families, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for oncology, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. A competitive salary is offered, ranging from $130,461.00 to $176,947.00 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement benefits.

About the Position:
- Diverse Clinical Exposure: Be at the forefront of cutting-edge oncology care, managing a wide range of complex cancer cases and conditions.
- Caseload: Manage 10-20 patients per day with 7-9 new consults weekly, allowing for in-depth, meaningful patient interactions.
- Collaborative Support: You will be joining a local team of experienced professionals who share your passion for oncology.
- No Call, No Weekends: Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and no weekend or holiday call.
