Job Overview

Courtyard Charlotte Airport North is a hotel that prides itself on providing excellent service to its guests. As a Shuttle Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant stay with us.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
  • Comply with Lexima standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Greet guests in a pleasant manner and provide information about local attractions and events.
  • Load and unload luggage carts and vans, as well as check and store luggage for arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the motor entrance, front door, and lobby area, as well as the van's interior and exterior.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary, along with a minimum of one year driving experience and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR).
  • The ability to convey information clearly and evaluate alternative courses of action quickly and accurately is essential.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and push/pull approximately 50lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to sit for an extended period of time.
Estimated Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
