About the Role:
As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing patient health status, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and educate patients and their families about disease prevention and management of chronic health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $96,000 per year, based on 36 hours per week and 12 hour shifts. Our benefits package includes medical benefits, 401k retirement plan, and company-provided housing options.
