Join Our Ecommerce Team

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager to join our team in Ridgefield Park, NJ. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day fulfillment of ecommerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

$85,000 - $105,000 per year

About the Job

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in ecommerce fulfillment or business operations. You will be responsible for running day-to-day monitoring and operations for all open orders, reconciling order data across systems, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.

You will also be responsible for managing customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues. Additionally, you will use data to proactively manage orders to mitigate exceptions and discover customer pain points to request changes in product development and operational strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with high-volume direct-to-consumer ecommerce fulfillment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
