Cloud Inventory - Customer Support Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at Cloud Inventory, a leading innovator in mobile-first supply chain software.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their seamless experience with our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documenting Issue Resolutions: Create detailed reports on software defects, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and customers to identify and resolve issues, utilizing various communication channels to guide, educate, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Case Management: Update all cases with accurate and timely records of work performed and resolution details.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and both wired and wireless networks desired.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Willingness to work non-traditional hours to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Office 365 Proficiency: High-functioning knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to interact with a wide variety of constituencies in a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented manner.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a call center or helpdesk environment, analytical and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of computer hardware and software, and previous experience with ticketing or case management solutions.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
