Job Summary:

The Human Resources Supervisor at Prime Healthcare is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing complex support to all levels of the organization. This role ensures the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures, performing high-level professional duties in areas such as affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
• Provide complex support to all levels of the organization
• Ensure comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures
• Perform high-level professional duties in areas such as affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
• PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree
• 5-7 years recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail
• Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook
