About the Role:

Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
  • Lead and execute business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
  • Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and responding to customer concerns.

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

  • Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
