About the Role:
Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
- Lead and execute business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
- Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and responding to customer concerns.

Physical Demands:
