**Job Title:** Human Resources Manager - Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Extang Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and change initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and retention, and partnering with leadership teams to improve work relationships and increase retention.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.
- Serve as an HR business partner to the Manufacturing Site Leader and cross-functional leadership team.
- Implement and communicate company-wide initiatives and changes.
- Provide counsel on matters of employee and organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
**Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a high-performing team.
**Preferred Qualifications:*
- HRCI/SHRM certification.
- Prior experience establishing positive team engagement & retention strategies.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our salary is competitive with industry standards, and we offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
**Work Environment:** This role will be based in a typical manufacturing/production environment, and occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).
