About This Position

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with 6 months to 1 year of experience in critical care to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the highest level of quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care through the nursing process
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assume leadership roles to prepare and assist unit personnel with their responsibilities
  • Demonstrate ability to work within a team model of patient-care delivery
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current California Registered Nurse license
  • A valid health care provider CPR certification
  • Completion of MMC Basic Critical Course or equivalent
  • ACLS certification (within 6 months of employment)
Salary and Benefits
