Nurse Care Specialist

Responsibilities- Provide daily care and health needs to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Conduct professional assessments and documentation of resident health, assisting with management of nursing units and staff.
- Develop and implement resident care plans, maintaining up-to-date records and making recommendations for revisions.
- Monitor and observe residents' physical and mental condition, performing routine nursing procedures as needed.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families, handling complaints and incidents in a professional manner.
- Document medical records, complete reports, and maintain accurate records of medications and resident care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN license in good standing.
- Thorough understanding of safe and effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and office machines.
- Passion for caring for people, with personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
