Job Summary

As a Senior Operations Lead, you will provide lead support to the division/team staff, coordinating workflow to ensure unit performance is maintained. You will oversee the work of the division/team staff, managing daily work volume, including service agreements with business partners. You will monitor team performance, provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling, and apprise the supervisor of successes and concerns. You will also provide input for performance evaluations and coordinate with other units/departments to facilitate special requests, changes in processes, and resolution of workflow/production issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of the division/team staff and manage the daily work volume.
  • Monitor team performance and provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling.
  • Apprise the supervisor of successes and concerns and provide input for performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other units/departments to facilitate special requests, changes in processes, and resolution of workflow/production issues.
Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in an applicable functional area.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak in group situations and discussions toward resolving issues.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate project issues and status.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects while meeting department timelines.
  • Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Specific Requirements
  • Corporate Services: Type 30 wpm, Ability to lift 55 pounds.
  • Sales & Finance: Ability to type 35 wpm, Ability to perform 10-Key by touch (6,000 ksph), Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make arithmetic computations accurately.
