Lead Clinician Opportunity at Elwyn

Elwyn, a nonprofit human services organization, is seeking a skilled Lead Clinician to provide intensive treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services for individuals experiencing multiple life challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete substance abuse assessments for all clients
  • Integrate various treatment modalities and clinical interactions
  • Facilitate dual diagnosis treatment group on an as-needed basis, focusing on education/motivation, relapse prevention, and evidence-based practices
  • Assess mental health status, safety, and potential medication contraindications
Requirements:
  • Master's degree required
  • Licensed in the state of Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management position
  • Experience in behavioral health or working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred

As a Lead Clinician, you will provide service coordination for an assigned group of clients, including coordination and monitoring of the individual treatment team (ITT). You will assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising the overall Community Service Plan in collaboration with the client and ITT. You will also provide therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, symptom management, and ensure immediate changes are made in the Community Service Plan as clients' needs change.
