Job Summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the Statesville, NC area. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work with students from elementary to high school with mild to moderate disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to 13 students with behavioral needs or Autism.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote positive learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

  • RBT credential required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with individuals with Autism or behavioral needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience), plus benefits.
