Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Director to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites, Mesa West. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff and ensuring that our high standards of sanitation and customer service are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental services, including cleaning processes and the use of various cleaning supplies and equipment. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required, and a high school diploma or GED is necessary.

Responsibilities will include hiring and training housekeeping staff, maintaining records of areas cleaned, and overseeing the housekeeping department budget. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily operations, including the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction

  • Monitor daily operations, including guest room and public area cleanliness

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services
  • Strong understanding of environmental services and cleaning processes
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management
  • High school diploma or GED required
