Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Successful completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Board certification or eligibility in the corresponding specialty
  • Meet employer credentialing standards
