The role offers competitive pay, with average hourly earnings ranging from $30.25 to $70.25, providing numerous earning incentives, including guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, industry-leading retail sales, and tips.

• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop
• Emphasize 'wow factors' such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages to enhance client experiences
• Promote inclusivity, ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued
• Engage in ongoing education to maintain and improve skills

• Active Cosmetologist/Barber/Hair Design License in the state of practice
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
