Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Hardscapes Outlet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face and phone support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell or offer advice on available products, including retaining wall blocks, paver and patio blocks, aggregate, mulch, flagstone, and other hardscape materials.
  • Process customer orders, determine charges, collect deposits, and payments, and make arrangements for delivery and pick-up of customer orders.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional products or services offered by Hardscapes Outlet.
  • Assist in design and product quantities for basic installations of landscaping projects.
  • Weigh and ticket trucks in a correct and timely manner.
  • Help manage and keep accurate inventory counts for this location.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer service background and a passion for sales. A one-year college or technical school coursework in Landscaping program is preferred, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
