Job Summary

This position is responsible for the successful implementation, evaluation, and oversight of assigned healthcare programs. The Program Management Specialist will develop program work plans, monitor daily activities, timelines, and operational aspects of assigned programs, including the creation of program materials and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and implement program work plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain program materials, such as training manuals and communication tools.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in program coordination, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is required. Additionally, technical acumen in programmatic tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and SurveyMonkey, is necessary.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of healthcare or related work experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to model professional behavior, respecting others and maintaining open and honest communications.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
