Berkshire Family and Individual Resources (BFAIR) is a leading provider of adult family care services. We are seeking dedicated Caregiver Facilitators to join our team in the North Adams area.

We offer a competitive tax-free stipend, covering charges for care, 14 days of respite, and a 24-hour on-call system. Our comprehensive support includes the guidance of a Case Manager and Registered Nurse, as well as ongoing education on caregiving best practices.

About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming home environment, with first-floor accommodations available for a gentleman in his 50's. This individual requires assistance with daily living activities and has a great sense of humor. He loves nature and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to the individual
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encourage socialization and engagement in hobbies and interests
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Availability to work independently, with occasional supervision from our care team

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid training, ongoing education, and access to a comprehensive support network.
